    STANDARD P/LOAD $5.00 kg  A heaped laundry basket usually holds around 7kgs on average, which equates to around $35.00 This just happens to also be our minimum order amount.

    Our Wash and fold pickups are separated in colours before washing and TUMBLE dried  . 

    After collection we weigh the load & email you an online link to pay your account with credit or debit card. MasterCard, Visa  accepted.

  • How can I book?

    Simply book online with our scheduling tool by selecting a time and day for pick up in your area.

  • What do I put my laundry in?

    You can leave your laundry in a garbage bag or basket on your first pickup and we will transfer into our laundry bags for you. A bag will be supplied on your next delivery for future pick-ups.

  • What happens when I miss my booking?

    A $15 charge will be added to your invoice to cover the driver's trip.

  • Can I use my own soap detergent?

    YES! If you have a preferred product you would like us to use, simply supply this to your Laundry

  • How long does it take for laundry?

    Your laundry will be done in 24hrs-48hrs or depending on time slots available. 

  • How will my laundry be returned?

    Your washing service will be folded and presented in our re-usable and washable laundry bags. We provide the first  laundry bag free of charge, additional bags are charged at $16 per bag. We ask you to return your dirty items in the same bag for you.

  • Can I keep the Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold bag?

    Yes, we deliver your first order back to you within a special bag. Use it for your next order. Super quick, super easy.

Scheduling

Our team works out a weekly schedule to best suit your needs, and can tailor the price to ensure it as cheap as possible. This means we can have your washing done, at the same time every week, so, you don’t have to, ultimately saving you time and money.

Washing Liquid

We supply washing liquid and chemicals for every type of material and items you can think of. Do you have a preferred laundry liquid you like to use? Just let us know and we will use it on all your laundry.

Machines & Dryers

All your laundry needs are under the one roof. Our experienced team only uses the best with Speed Queen washing machines,  heavy duty dryers and steam irons for all types of clothes and materials.

Referral Discount

If you recommend one of your friends or family to us, we will give both you and the person that you refer a discount on their next laundry run as an added incentive.

*Please note that the minimum laundry weight for the use of our services is 8kg.
